Getting started.

How it works

What exactly is WellMensRX?

A telehealth platform that pairs US-licensed physicians with accredited compounding pharmacies. You complete a short online intake, a physician reviews it, and if you qualify, an Rx is filled and shipped. Everything happens in your browser — no office visit, no pharmacy trip.

Telehealth · Rx · Direct-to-door
Eligibility

Am I eligible to qualify?

Most adult men in the US are. You'll need to be 18+, in a state we serve, and able to pass the physician's medical review. Pre-existing conditions don't automatically disqualify you — they just need to be disclosed so the provider can screen safely.

18+ · US only
Intake

How long does the intake take?

Most men finish in 2–3 minutes. You'll answer short health questions, list current medications, and confirm identity. The more complete your answers, the faster your physician can review.

2–3 min · Online
Timing

How long until I'm approved?

Same-day review is standard. Most men get approval and a shipment confirmation within a few hours. Flagged intakes may take up to 24 hours while a physician asks follow-up questions.

Same-day · Email alerts
Declined

What happens if I'm not approved?

You'll get an explanation from the reviewing physician. Some declines are temporary (missing info, current med conflict) and can be fixed. Others are permanent based on your medical profile. A $40 consultation fee applies to declined or incomplete intakes.

Explanation provided
Fees

Is there a consultation fee?

The online medical consultation is free for approved and completed orders. A $40 minimum consultation fee applies to declined or incomplete orders. You never pay for the product itself until a physician has approved your Rx.

Free if approved
Section 02

Prescription & compounded medicine.

Definition

What is compounded medicine?

Medicine prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy from individual active ingredients, to a specific provider's prescription. Instead of a one-size tablet, the formula and dose are tuned to the patient. Compounding has been legal in the US since the 1938 FD&C Act.

Section 503A · FD&C
Why compound

Why compounded instead of brand-name?

Brand drugs come in fixed doses and fixed combinations. Compounding lets the physician stack ingredients that aren't sold together commercially (e.g. tadalafil + bremelanotide), adjust dose precisely, or avoid inactive ingredients you react to. That flexibility is the whole point.

Custom doses · Stacks
FDA status

Are compounded drugs FDA-approved?

No. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, which means they haven't undergone FDA premarket review for safety, effectiveness, or quality. They are legal and regulated at the state level — compounding pharmacies must meet strict state licensing requirements and follow Section 503A of the FD&C Act.

State-regulated
Provider

Who writes my prescription?

A US-licensed physician, licensed in your state, who reviews your intake and makes the clinical call. You can see their NPI and licensure on your dashboard after approval.

US-licensed MD/DO
Pharmacy

Where is my medication made?

At a state-licensed compounding pharmacy in the US. Each pharmacy is inspected by its state board and must meet USP 795 and 797 standards for non-sterile and sterile compounding. Lot and batch info is printed on your shipment.

Who are your pharmacy providers?

Your prescription is filled by Epiq Scripts, a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy. Phone: 833-654-3553. Website: epiqscripts.com. The shipping label on your package will show Epiq Scripts — that is correct and expected.

Safety & side effects.

Side effects

What side effects should I expect?

Most men tolerate these formulas well. PDE5 inhibitors (tadalafil, sildenafil) can cause headache, flushing, or mild nasal congestion. Bremelanotide can cause temporary nausea, especially at first use. Side effects typically fade after the first few doses.

Usually mild · Transient
Interactions

Can I take this with my other medications?

List everything on intake — prescriptions, OTCs, and supplements. Nitrates (including nitroglycerin) and alpha-blockers are hard stops with PDE5 inhibitors. Your reviewing physician will flag anything risky before approving.

Screened at intake
Conditions

I have a medical condition — can I still qualify?

Maybe. Cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled hypertension, recent stroke or MI, severe liver or kidney disease, and certain eye conditions can disqualify or modify the formula. Disclose everything — that's what the intake is for.

Physician-reviewed
Emergency

What if I have an adverse reaction?

Call 911 or go to the nearest ER for any serious reaction — chest pain, sudden vision loss, priapism lasting over 4 hours, or severe allergic symptoms. For non-urgent concerns, message your care team through your dashboard; they respond same-day.

911 for emergencies
Alcohol

Can I drink alcohol on this?

Moderate drinking (1–2 drinks) is generally fine with PDE5 inhibitors. Heavy drinking amplifies side effects and can blunt the effect of the formula. Avoid alcohol entirely with bremelanotide on first few uses — it can worsen the initial nausea.

Moderation
Daily use

Is it safe to take daily?

Daily formulas (Cruise Control, Boost, Epiq Chew) are dosed specifically for daily use — low tadalafil or sildenafil paired with nutraceuticals. High-dose on-demand formulas (Overdrive Plus, Drive Plus, Ignite) are for intermittent use. Don't combine formulas without your provider's sign-off.

Sexual wellness products.

Choosing

Which formula is right for me?

Start with what problem you're solving. Mechanics only → Red Pill or Mach 1. Mechanics plus desire → Overdrive Plus or Drive Plus. Daily maintenance → Cruise Control. Pre-workout drive → Boost. If unsure, your provider will recommend based on intake.

Matched to goals
PDE5 inhibitors

Tadalafil vs sildenafil — what's the difference?

Both are PDE5 inhibitors — they work through the same nitric oxide pathway. Tadalafil holds for up to 36 hours, onset 30–60 min. Sildenafil peaks faster (30 min) but lasts 4–6 hours. Tadalafil is better for spontaneity; sildenafil is better for planned windows.

Window vs onset
Onset

How fast will the on-demand formula work?

Sublingual tablets dissolve under the tongue in 60–120 seconds. Full effect builds over 30–60 minutes depending on the active. Take on an empty stomach for fastest onset — heavy meals (especially fatty) can delay peak effect.

30–60 min peak
Duration

How long does the effect last?

Depends on the active. Tadalafil: up to 36 hours. Sildenafil: 4–6 hours. Vardenafil: 4–5 hours. Bremelanotide's desire effect typically lasts 6–8 hours. Some men report residual benefit up to 48 hours with tadalafil-based formulas.

4–36 hours · Varies
Stacking

Can I take on-demand and daily formulas together?

Not without provider approval. Daily formulas already contain low-dose PDE5 inhibitors; adding an on-demand tablet can push the total dose too high. Message your care team if you want to combine — they'll adjust your plan safely.

Provider-approved only
Section 05

Longevity products.

NAD+

What does NAD+ do, and why does it decline?

NAD+ is a coenzyme every cell needs for mitochondrial energy production, DNA repair, and sirtuin activity (longevity enzymes). Levels drop roughly 50% between ages 40 and 60. Supplementation aims to restore that pool.

Energy · DNA repair
Delivery

Patch, injection, or nasal — which is right?

Patch: easiest, transdermal, 24-hour release, best for convenience. Injection: highest bioavailability, fastest effect, best for men who want maximum absorption. Nasal: fast onset, midrange absorption, no needles. Many men combine patch (maintenance) with injection (pulse dosing).

Convenience vs absorption
Timeline

When will I feel results?

Longevity products don't produce an immediate "felt" effect like PDE5 inhibitors do. Most men report better morning energy and sleep quality within 2–3 weeks. Cognitive and recovery benefits typically take 6–8 weeks of consistent use.

2–8 weeks
Stacking

Can I stack multiple longevity products?

Yes, carefully. NAD+ and glutathione are commonly combined (mitochondrial energy + antioxidant defense). Patches stack well with injections of a different active. Tell your provider what you're on so they can screen for redundancy or conflict.

Provider-reviewed stacks
Glutathione

Is glutathione worth it if I take antioxidants?

Glutathione is the body's master intracellular antioxidant — it works inside the cell, where most damage happens. Oral vitamin-C/E style antioxidants work outside cells. They're complementary, not redundant. Glutathione is produced by the liver; supplementation supports detox and oxidative load.

Intracellular · Liver support
Section 06

Shipping & delivery.

Speed

How fast will my order ship?

Approved orders are compounded overnight and shipped next business day. Most men receive their package within 24–48 hours of physician approval. Tracking is emailed as soon as the package is picked up.

24–48 hours
Packaging

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Plain unmarked outer box, no product name or medical language on the label. Return address is the pharmacy's generic address, not "WellMensRX." Your spouse, roommate, or a neighbor signing for the package won't see anything medical.

Unmarked · Plain box
Tracking

Can I track my package?

Yes. A tracking number is emailed when the package leaves the pharmacy. You can also see live status in your dashboard. We ship via USPS and UPS depending on destination.

State availability

Do you ship to my state?

Services are available nationwide. Patients in Alaska, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Mexico, and North Dakota may need to complete a video consultation or satisfy additional state-specific requirements before approval.

Lost or damaged

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Message your care team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier on a trace, and if the package is confirmed lost or arrived damaged, we'll replace it at no charge.

Control

Can I pause, skip, or cancel anytime?

Yes. One click from your dashboard. No contract, no cancellation fees, no retention calls. Skip a month if you have extra on hand, pause indefinitely, or cancel outright — we'll take care of it.

One-click · No fees
Changes

How do I change my dose or formula?

Request a change through the dashboard. Your provider reviews the change — most approvals happen same-day. Common changes (dropping dose, switching from Drive to Overdrive Plus, adding bremelanotide) need only a brief follow-up, not a new intake.

Same-day approval
Billing

When will I be charged for refills?

Two business days before your next shipment ships. You'll get an email with the charge amount and a direct link to skip or pause if your needs changed. First-order intro pricing applies only to initial orders; refills bill at the standard member rate, shown in your dashboard.

48-hour notice
Refunds

What's your refund policy?

We refund the unopened portion of your current order if the formula isn't working for you. Reach out to your care team — we can also adjust dose or switch formula instead of refunding, which often solves the underlying issue faster.

Unopened · Adjust or refund
